Emerging artist Alonette, who made her debut earlier this year, has unveiled her second single “Greek God,” accompanied by a vibrant music video. The single will be premiered on the evening of July 31st at Fotografiska, featuring a live performance with her five-member band.

Alonette, the alter ego of singer-songwriter Anett Tamm, delivers 70s-inspired pop music characterized by its direct storytelling. “‘Greek God’ is a raw love story about how two people can see each other as divine despite their flaws and mistakes,” Alonette describes. Inspired by true events, the video evolves into a French-style comedy film where Poseidon rises as a hero from a sea of emotions, leaving viewers gasping in surprise.

“In reality, I had my first minor car accident last fall. When I called my partner, he decided to celebrate this new milestone with a bottle of wine. Quite an expensive bottle of wine,” Alonette adds with a touch of humor.

Alonette made her debut earlier this year with the single "Twist of Fate" which catapulted her to the main stage at Tallinn Music Week with her band. The new single will be celebrated with a full concert on July 31st at Fotografiska, where Alonette will be joined by Erki Pärnoja (guitars), Raun Juurikas (keyboards), Marti Tärn (bass guitar), and Martin Petermann (percussion).

The music and lyrics of “Greek God” were written by Anett Tamm. The recording features contributions from Erki Pärnoja, Raun Juurikas, Marti Tärn, and Martin Petermann. The track was mixed by Anett Tamm and Martin Petermann and mastered by Siim Hiob. The music video was produced in collaboration with Backstage Records.
