The Nonconceptual Art Club is a project founded by bassist & composer Monika Erdman.
Long story short: a small town alternative girl played heavy music, grew up a bit, went to school to get some education in jazz music.
Apparently that wasn’t enough, because now she also went to get a degree in classical composition.
The Nonconceptual Art Club balances on the edge of beauty and chaos. Erdman’s background in heavy music, jazz, and classical composition collides into something they call confusion-jazz. But feel free to add any tags you want.
The debut album "Confusion" was already a clear step out of the comfort zone. But it’s was much more abstract and calm.
The brand new album “SHITSHOW” is raw, beautiful, brutal and never safe.
